Donald Trumps says, meeting with Kim Jong Un on June 12
US President Trump announced that the meeting between himself and North Korea’s Kim Jong-un will happen on June 12 in Singapore. This first ever summit between USA and North Korea is aimed at denuclearization, as North Korea’s possession of nuclear weapons has posed a threat to global security. A peace deal has been speculated but North Korean disarmament remains skeptical. Also, Trump hasn’t excluded the possibility of him visiting North Korea.
