California state just surpassed United Kingdom in GDP value
The US state of California, whose economic ranking is calculated as if it were a country has overtaken the United Kingdom’s GDP value and has become the fifth largest economy in the world following the United States, China, Japan and Germany. Financial services, Real estate, Information sector which includes technology companies and Manufacturing sector have contributed to the higher GDP numbers in the state.
