Suicide blast kills 57 in Kabul
A suicide blast at voter registration center in Kabul has killed 57 and injured hundreds, leaving the city in a pool of blood. An ISIS militant wearing an explosive belt conducted the attack in Dashte Barchi area occupied by Shia Muslims to disrupt the registrations for the long-delayed Parliamentary elections scheduled this October. President Ghani said the ISIS has been bombing repeatedly to provoke the people against the government.
