A Nigerian woman named Queen Obioma has filed a lawsuit against United Airlines on allegations of racial discrimination. She claims that she and her minor children were ejected from a San Francisco-bound plane because a white, male co passenger who settled in her assigned seat complained of a “pungent” odor emanating from her. United Airlines has not yet commented on the lawsuit. Obioma is seeking punitive damages along with attorney’s fees
