The 2018 Fortune 500 companies
The 64th annual Fortune 500 list has been released with Walmart topping the list. The four most valuable companies on the list were all technology firms namely Apple, Alphabet, Microsoft and Amazon. Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway and Facebook came fifth and sixth respectively. Amazon cracked the top 10 for the first time, landing at No. 8. New York had the most FORTUNE 500 headquarters situated.
